Conference Proceedings

  • ICCT'17 conference invites Research paper, Survey Papers in the tracks mentioned in Conference Tracks. All submissions will be peer reviewed and plagiarism screening will be done.

  • Best papers will be duly awarded.

  • Proceedings will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore.

Journal Special Issues

After the overwhelming response and submissions in ICCT’17, we invite the authors of the selected and registered papers with an opportunity to make the submission of manuscripts for consideration in the below mentioned journals under Special Issue. Authors can either submit a new manuscript or an extended version of the conference paper with at least 50% revision in the results and content. All the manuscripts will be reviewed by the conference committee editorial board for Special Issue along with the editorial board of Journals. Authors are requested to submit the manuscripts on [email protected]

  • ** Registered Authors are not required to pay any additional fees if the manuscript gets selected for publication under Special Issue of any of the above mentioned journals.

Submission Note

Authors are requested to make the submission at [email protected] in the following mode:

  • Subject line of the mail should include the paper id of the selected paper in the conference ICCT’17 allotted from Easy Chair.

  • In the submission, please mention the choice of Journal in which the author wish to refer the paper. Author should also mention the track of the journal under which the paper should be taken into consideration.

  • Author must submit the paper in the prescribed template of the respective journal. The template can be found on the Journal’s website.

Important Notes

  • The special issue will consider substantially extended versions of selected papers presented at the International Conference on Intelligent Communication and Computational Techniques(ICCT’17) as well as fresh submissions as per the guidelines and review policies of the journal.

  • Author can specify his/her choice for consideration of manuscript in the journals. However, if required, ICCT’17 review committee board holds the right for recommendation of paper in the journal as per the relevance of topic of the paper to the journal.

  • Withdrawing of paper after the final acceptance from journal is highly discouraged. Also consideration of manuscript will be made in any one of the journals at a time. Violation of these may subject unethical act and concerned action can be taken as it wastes the time and effort of reviewers and organizers both.

  • The authors have to submit the revised or extended versions of the paper with at least 50% of the content added to the conference version in results and methodology.

  • The papers will be reviewed under a double blind policy so that authors and reviewers are unaware of each other.

  • The paper will be reviewed by the program committee appointed for SI of ICCT’17 and editorial board of the journals jointly.

  • There will be no extra charges for the registered authors of the conference to get their papers published under special issue.

  • The notification of review result to the authors will be made as per the scheduled time frame. However, there can be delays in the process owing to certain unpredictable circumstances.

  • Authors need to make submission to SI as per the prescribed format provided on the conference website for the journal. Negligence of the same may subject to rejection.
